TelstraSuper had a brand they loved, but their evolving communications needs meant it was struggling to keep up. The solution was expanding the brand assets to grow with the fund.

In 2019, TelstraSuper, a leading profit-for-members superannuation fund, entrusted us with its creative vision. And we didn’t disappoint. Quickly becoming their go-to agency for all things branding, campaigns, social media, and staff communications, our collaboration has stood the test of time.

TelstraSuper Brand Uplift


Their marketing team presented us with a pressing challenge. While deeply attached to its well-established and well-recognised visual identity, it had begun to feel outdated. It needed help to keep up with its evolving campaign and collateral needs. This resulted in a disjointed and inconsistent brand experience for members and added strain to their already stretched marketing team. Our mission? Inject some quick wins to give their brand the boost it needs.

We tackled the challenge head-on. First, we crafted an illustrative style that infused personality and warmth into their communications, making it easier to visualise abstract financial concepts. Introducing three new colours – watermelon, peach, and purple – softened their dominant and sometimes intimidating red, black, white, and grey palette. Lastly, we engineered flexible layout systems seamlessly integrating print and digital platforms, refined typography styles, and delicately applied their brand dot pattern. The end results? A modern, robust, and cohesive visual identity backed by a comprehensive style guide, ready for any challenge. TelstraSuper’s brand now stands as secure as its members’ financial futures.
