Four weeks to write down who you are, who you’re for and how you sound, so everyone writing for you starts from the same place. One call, one workshop, and a pack your team can use straight away.
Strategy Sprint
4 weeks
$10,000 + GST
You write your own website copy. Someone in the team writes the proposals, someone else posts on LinkedIn, and the founder rewrites both. Everyone is doing their best from a blank page and their own sense of how the company should sound, so each piece carries its own version of who you are. It gets done. It just takes longer than it should, and it takes a fresh decision every time. Or it’s less specific than that. You can tell the brand has drifted, you just can’t name the part that’s wrong.
A Sprint gives you the words to work from: who you are, who you’re for, what each of your priority audiences needs to hear, and how you sound saying it. All written in your voice, with a set of AI prompts built on top so what your team drafts already sounds like you. Four weeks, one call, one workshop, and two hours of your time in the room.
You don’t need a marketing department to run one. Most of the people we do this for are the ones already doing the writing: founders, distribution leads, and whoever ended up owning the website.
The strategy work
-
Before anything else we write down what we’re solving. What’s working, what isn’t, what’s protected, what’s out of scope, and what success looks like in four weeks. You sign it off, and it’s what we measure the work against at the end.
-
The foundations, written down in one place. What you stand for, where you’re headed, what you believe, how you’re positioned, and the personality that comes with it. Most of this already lives in your business, in slightly different versions and places depending on who you ask. We draw it out, agree it with you, and document it as the single source of truth everything else in the project gets built on, which is why it comes first.
-
Your two priority audiences, agreed with you in the Brand Brief. Who they actually are, what they’re trying to resolve, and what that means for the way you talk to each of them.
-
Voice principles, a voice map, and before-and-after examples, so everything you publish sounds like it came from the same place. Written to be used by people who aren’t writers.
-
Three propositions for each of your two priority audiences, written in your tone of voice. Ready to lift straight into a pitch pack, a web page or an outreach email without a rewrite.
-
How you describe yourselves, at fifty, a hundred and two hundred words. For RFPs, intro decks, partner submissions and the website. Written once, so your team can reuse it rather than rewrite it each time.
-
Custom prompts your team can use to draft on-brand content for the things you publish most often. Built on your finished strategy, so what comes out sounds like you.
-
Two hours with you and whoever else needs to be in the room, held at the point where your decision shapes everything that follows. We bring the thinking, you pressure-test it, and the foundations are agreed on the day.
Here’s how the four weeks run
Brand Brief
By the end, we’ve agreed what we’re solving and what success looks like.
Week 1
Strategy
The strategy workshop sits in week 3, so the foundations are agreed in the room rather than in a document. By the end, you know who you are, who you're talking to and what you offer them.
Weeks 2 to 3
Approval and Handover
By the end, your team has the words, the voice and the prompts to write with.
Week 4
Let’s talk
Ready when you are. Tell us what’s coming and when it needs to land. We’ll confirm a Strategy Sprint is the right size for it, and come back with a start date.
