TelstraSuper’s People & Culture team is devoted to creating an exceptional employee experience, recognising that supporting their staff sets the stage for positive contributions, fulfilling careers, and a brighter future for the Fund’s members. With a focus on attracting and retaining top talent, the strategic realignment of values and the development of a new EVP marked a significant step forward, creating a win-win-win situation for the organisation.
TelstraSuper Employee Value Proposition
After six months of collaborative efforts, including focus groups and leadership input, TelstraSuper redefined its values and crafted a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to align with industry shifts and evolving work dynamics. This wasn’t just a tweak; it was a strategic realignment. Our task was to communicate this transformation internally and externally with a fresh and engaging approach, utilising video as the primary medium.
Our solution involved strategically blending messaging and visuals to provide a unique employee expression of the TelstraSuper Masterbrand. Featuring authentic staff as the faces of our creative concept, we gave a genuine voice to the essence of the EVP and values. The meticulous process, from scripting and storyboard animatics to group buy-in before shooting, resulted in a vibrant, professionally branded video – a valuable asset for long-term use. Additionally, we designed and installed thoughtfully crafted decals throughout the TelstraSuper office to extend the impact beyond the digital realm and into the physical workspace.
