For when the logo is fine but the rest of the brand needs to catch up with it. Ten weeks to build the system around it, and to write down the strategy that underpins it.

Brand Tune-up

10 weeks
$35,000 + GST

You’re winning bigger clients. You’re pitching against firms whose brand makes them look safer, even when the offer is the same. The website, the fact sheets and the pitch pack each look like they came from a slightly different company. Or the logo is the only part of the brand anyone has ever properly agreed on.

The logo isn’t the problem. What’s missing is everything that should sit around it, and the strategy underneath that tells your team what to do with it. A Tune-up is sized for exactly that moment, where the logo has earned its place and the system around it needs building. Ten weeks, and your team walks away running a brand rather than reusing a logo. It’s the shortest route from a company with a logo to a company with a brand.

The strategy work

The visual identity work

Here’s how the ten weeks run

Strategy‍

The strategy workshop sits in week 3. By the end, you know who you are, who you’re talking to and how you sound.

Weeks 1 to 4

A peach-colored circular badge with the number '1' in white in the center.
Black background with a large white number 2 in the center.

Visual Identity

The visual work starts while the strategy is being signed off, so the two overlap by design. The system is built around the logo you already have, which means the design time goes into the parts that were missing. By the end, the brand has a look that holds together everywhere it appears.

Weeks 4 to 6

Rollout and Handover

Your collateral is designed through to final artwork, then the guidelines and templates are built off it. By the end, your team has the files, templates and guidelines to run it themselves.

Weeks 7 to 10

Blue circular sign with the number 3 in white.

Case studies

Two projects of a similar shape. What each brand was facing when they came to us, and what they walked away with.
